Happy Birthday William!

Today is William's 4th Birthday! I am remembering back to 4 years ago when he was born seven weeks early at 4 lb. 12 oz. He was such a tiny baby and has now grown into a wonderfully sweet, smart, big boy! Here are a couple pictures from his birthday party on Saturday.

Christmas in Auburn

We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in Auburn this year.
We were blessed to spend time with family and old friends.

I enjoyed seeing friends that I grew up with in Auburn.
Catching up with our good friends Karen and the Tarrers who are home from Scotland
Although we had our Christmas early in Arkansas, we brought stockings
with us to Alabama. The boys enjoyed them on Christmas morning.

A Family Reunion

On the 23rd, my mom's side of the family all got together at my Grandmother's house for the first time in quite a while. It was fun catching up with cousins and being at Grandmother's again.

we said the blessing. They love each other dearly!

Christmas with Memaw

We drove to Alabama to spend Christmas with our families. Our first stop was Bay Minette to
visit Randy's mom. We had a great time being with her and doing fun things together.

The boys loved making Christmas cookies with Memaw. Joshua especially loved eating the icing!

An Early Christmas & A Reindeer

Last night, we had an early Christmas as a family since we will be
traveling during Christmas. As you can see, William & Joshua were
very excited about their surprise, a Thomas the Train table.

This morning, William had his first ever school Christmas program.
He surprised by being Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, and was
a very good one! Every time he saw me taking pictures, he smiled
really big and waved to us! What a blessing he is to our family.

Just a short video clip of our little reindeer...

I doubt I will post again before Christmas, so Merry Christmas everyone!

Busy days...

William & Joshua had tons of fun making a gingerbread house
with Daddy & Mommy! What a big mess we made!

Mimi came to visit a few weeks ago...The boys enjoyed decorating chocolate covered pretzels with Mimi. They also loved singing Christmas carols while Mimi played the piano.

A very cold day in Arkansas...

So sorry we haven't posted anything in a while! As you well know, December brings a new meaning to the term "busy." In all the busyness of parties, Christmas cards, baking, shopping, and wrapping gifts, I don't want to lose sight of what Christmas is really about, celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ! He is the reason for the season!
